“I started seeing Andrew almost 2 years ago at the recommendation of a friend.\u00a0 I have degenerative disc disease in my lower back, along with advanced arthritis and scoliosis.\u00a0 When I would wake up in the morning, it would take over an hour before I could move easily and without pain. At first, I would see Andrew twice a week and Andrew worked on me and gave me exercises to do.\u00a0 I continue to do 3 exercises every day to keep my back in place. Now I see him for MAT every other week and I am much more flexible and in considerably less pain when I wake up in the morning.<\/p>\n

He suggested I join a gym so that I could do exercises to strengthen my back muscles to keep my back in better shape.\u00a0 Since Andrew is also a personal trainer, I decided I would work with him.\u00a0 I see Andrew on a weekly basis for personal training and do a home routine from him once or twice a week. I have lost a couple of pounds but my body shape has changed and my stamina has improved.\u00a0 I love to play golf and I can now hit\u00a0 my clubs 10-15 yards farther than before I started working with Andrew.”<\/p>\n
